At KiddieKnit, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
✅ Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Items on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
✅ Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Pack the Item Securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the Item using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
4. Processing Time: Once received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
